We loved your house, it was a great size for us and having the clubhouse pool next door was a godsend. I know you said it was underused but we only ever shared it on a couple of occasions and even then only for 10 minutes; it was almost like having another private pool. The games room received a lot of use although my pool playing skills didn’t noticeably improve.

 

The location was perfect for getting in and out of Disney easily and the local shops were very good - although how they remain open when they seem so quiet is beyond me.

 

I would definitely recommend your house to friends and would be more than happy to come back to stay on a subsequent visit ourselves.

Email: We spent 6/19-6/22 at your home for our girls volleyball tournament. Things were quite stressful because of their play schedules, but I want you to know that staying at your beautiful home was so relaxing for us. Many of our team members found “deals” in condos, resorts, etc, but nobody was more pleased with their accommodations than we were.

 

From the time we walked in the home was so inviting and spacious. Everyone had their own space. Actually the home was so spacious that we didn’t even use the front living area at all. The family room was so comfortable and the girls thoroughly enjoyed the pool right outside our door. Everything was so clean and convenient.

The location of your home is the best in the community being right beside the clubhouse. The area was very quiet during the days and nights and this was something we really appreciated after long exhausting days spent at the convention center playing volleyball. We didn’t do too well in the tournament, but our daughters both played very well and so overall it was a great experience.

 

My family would definitely return to your home when we come that way again and may actually try to come down this Fall or Winter. Thank you for the use of your lovely home.

We stayed at Jacksonvilla for three weeks during March/April 2010. This is a beautiful home, exceptionally well equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool area was fantastic and the games room even better! The local amenities such as gas stations and supermarkets were close by and plentiful and the staff in the club-house were very helpful in all matters e.g. printing out our boarding passes for flights home. The short cut through Disney was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jacksonvilla; it is perfect for a family holiday. We have absolutely no complaints at all about this home and we will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Orlando.

A really comfortable and spacious house with all the facilities you could ever want; Jackson Villa provides a great base to explore central Florida and beyond. I particularly enjoyed the pool just outside the backdoor; not to mention the larger pool just next door at the clubhouse. The games room provided was also a very nice touch, and we spent loads of our time using the pool and air hockey tables. If I’m ever back in Florida I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Jackson Villa, and will happily recommend it to friends and family.

We had a great time staying in Jacksonvilla. The large villa enabled us to spread out and it easily accommodated the four adults and six grown up teens. Everyone enjoyed the gamesroom the pool area which was private, as described. Whether relaxing by the pool, in the pool on our lilos (with seats), or having lilo races in the pool, it was great. We enjoyed several enjoyable BBQs, watched the sun go down and were able to enjoy the Florida heat late into the evening.

 

The teens made great use of the Clubhouse facilities next door and this is an excellent asset particularly for groups with children. We also took several trips to the lovely beaches and the cool box proved very useful for our picnic and drinks.

 

We will definitely be recommending it to friends and family.

Great location for Dot Richardson’s National Training Center in Clermont and the Disney Parks. Beautiful villa; loved being near the Rec Center - Beautiful pool - Spacious rooms. We all had a great time.

This was our second trip to Florida with our family, 5 adults and two young children.  The villa was excellent. Positioned far enough away from the bustle of Orlando nightlife and within easy driving distance from all the theme parks. Easy to find on arrival – even at 11.30pm with a delayed flight!

 

Villa was very spacious with 2 double rooms with en-suite and 3 twin rooms with a further 2 bathrooms. Living and dining areas very comfortable and utility room well situated and very functional with easy access to garage. The kitchen was well presented and offered a central hub for all the family.

 

 Pool area was a great chill-out after all day at theme parks! Bonus was the Jacuzzi once we were shown how to switch it on! All windows had fly screens so if you wanted to leave the ac off and enjoy a night-time breeze you could without worrying about any bugs! Everywhere was very clean and well maintained. Any questions were answered very quickly.

 

 The villa was located next to the complex clubhouse which gave use to internet and had its own pool and tennis court. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Internet was great for online checking-in for return flight home and saved a lot of cuing at airport. Local shops were located just a few minutes drive on the main highway and there was a 24hr pharmacy at the entrance to the estate.

 

 Our opinion: The Glenbrook estate is well situated and accessible to all attractions in Orlando and offers a relaxing base for a family holiday. Restaurants and shops are close to hand and home delivery is also available if you just want a night off!

 

 We would certainly recommend the villa we stayed in, and will be using it again on our next trip to Orlando.
