A slight mix up with our arrival time led to excellent service for the rest of our stay. the home was well furnished and very spacious. The location was easy to find and close to everything. The clubhouse and pool right beside us was an added bonus. We liked the pool the most.

We spent 9 days at this house. Six adults and three little ones. It worked out wonderfully. We had never rented a house for a vacation before, so we were a little worried. The beds were comfortable, we could prepare some meals and snacks when we wanted, multiple TVs so everyone could watch what they wanted and washing/drying clothes all made it just like home. However the “best” part was the pool. We don’t have one at home. So we really used the HEATED pool a lot. The temperature was like bath water and it felt soooo good to step into it and relax after a day at the park. Have the playset with swings next door at the clubhouse worked out well with the little ones too. Everyone in our party liked this much better than renting multiple hotel rooms to handle the three different families. Talking with Michael, the owner, before we signed up also was very interesting. He was helpful with explaining the contract details and his knowledge of the Disney area, even though he lives an ocean away. I would do it again!!!

Hello! We have to say that we loved the house. It was very beautiful, peaceful and comfortable for the 13 of us! I would have like more time to enjoy it, but it will be a next time. Orlando is truly tempting to live. We had a fantastic vacation!!!

“Wonderful stay”
We had a truly wonderful stay at this large 6 bedroom/4 bath villa. It is perfectly situated next to the clubhouse, is very spacious, and has all the comforts of home. The villa property managers, Bruce and Rene, were very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with. We loved the villa’s game room– the air hockey game, pool table, and basketball game were favorites of the adults and kids alike! Having our own pool and spa, as well as the large clubhouse pool right next door, meant there was lots of fun for everyone in the water during the warm summer days we were there. My husband and I slept downstairs in the queen bedroom on one of the most comfortable mattresses we have ever slept on, and that is a wonderful thing when you are staying so many nights away from home! We made many sweet memories in lovely JacksonVilla!

Our Florida Vacation
Mike and Gillian, just a quick note to tell you that we loved staying at your beautiful Glenbrook home in Orlando!!! We had the best week and Jacksonvilla was wonderfully comfortable and beautifully appointed!!!
My husband, myself and 4 of our children stayed in MJ’s villa in Clermont, FL. It is a beautiful home with an awesome and much used pool and hot tub. We had more than enough room. Property is located in a housing edition. We felt comfortable that not only the family but our belongings and vehicles were safe and undisturbed. It is located within a few miles of theme parks we visited. Close to a grocery stores, convenience stores, gas and shopping of all kinds. My daughters and I enjoyed a trip to the nail salon which was also very close. We are already planning our next vacation in which we are planning to return to MJ’s villa if possible! I also wanted to mention how affordable our stay was at the villa. We have been fortunate enough to stay in a few different homes on our various vacations and I have to say it was one of the most inexpensive, as well as best located to meet our needs.

“Very clean, big house with lovely private pool/spa.”
Very very clean, very big, beautiful house in a beautiful part of Florida. We travelled with our four young children (age 1, 2, 7, and 9) and our in-laws. Loved having the clubhouse to use beside us (nice exercise equipment available 24/7) and the play structure for the youngest kids. The pool at the house was very nice, warm and clean. The house was plenty big for all 8 of us, and laid out nice. Groceries were easy to get (about a 5 minute walk) and it was a nice subdivision. Wal-mart was close (for all the little things you forget to pack!!) and lots to do nearby! We visited Lake Louisa State park, and the kids loved the lake. We hiked there as well. Very warm water, calm and private! Also drove to Cocoa Beach, loved it there – not nearly as crowded as Clearwater. Went to Houlihans restaurant nearby (yum) and Disney as well. Wonderful memories made, most of them right at the house and in our pool. Four happy kids!!!
We went with 2 families, 4 adults and 7 kids/teens. There was ample space for everyone to sleep. It was nice to have the 6 single beds so siblings didn’t have to share a double bed. The 2 couples (parents) each had their own room with an ensuite bathroom. One large master bedroom on main floor with another room with double bed on that floor. The remaining rooms were upstairs. Lots of bathrooms but don’t try to all have showers in the morning as there is not enough water for that. Really enjoyed our stay and would go there again if we were in the area. The owners had lots of helpful information in the house and have been great to deal with. We heated the pool and that was a good thing to do in March. Pool depth was 3ft to 5ft. There was a small hot tub pool (optional to heat it to hot tub temperature) that flowed into the larger pool. Kitchen had sufficient stock of kitchenware. Spices, dish soap, laundry soap are not provided but the Sweetbay down the road had everything we needed.. We didn’t really need the Clubhouse beside us except for the internet. There is a library for internet access not too far from the house as well. Great place!
On behalf of our group, I want to let you know that we had the good fortune to hook up with you and rent Jacksonvilla for several weeks this past January.
Your home in Florida is the perfect location – Quiet Street, adjacent to the Glenbrook clubhouse, and close to many amenities and the Orlando parks. The house was comfortable and functional.
It was a pleasure to meet Bruce, your property manager, and Renee, the clubhouse manager – they made us feel welcome.
We look forward to other opportunities to rent Jacksonvilla, and it will be our pleasure to recommend it to others.
A good time was had by all in Florida – made more so with our stay at Jacksonvilla.

. We did at least get three warm days and one beautiful day. The villa was beautiful and very nicely maintained. The boys enjoyed getting to have their own rooms for a chan Everyone went fishing a few times and my two youngest made great use of the playground being right next store. It was wonderful for me since I could watch them from the pool area while reading because the playground was so close. The two oldest girls took advantage of being able to rent DVD’s from the clubhouse. We also loved that it was so close to so many stores and restaurants. Everything we needed was near-by, including Disney World. Spent a cold day there, but the kids had a blast. We spent one day at the beach and it was only an hour’s drive from the villa. The last day it was finally warm enough to swim in the pool and the kids spent the entire day in it. With everything you provided the villa was a great money saver for us over the choice of a hotel. A hotel would have been the same amount of money for the week, but no private pool, no privacy, no playground, and no fishing or tennis. In addition, we saved money by being able to cook at the villa instead of eating all our meals out. It was a wonderful vacation and if we ever go back to Florida we will be contacting you to see if your villa is available. Thank you so much for the use of your villa and we hope to be able to come back someday.Susan Benjamin

We loved your house, it was a great size for us and having the clubhouse pool next door was a godsend. I know you said it was underused but we only ever shared it on a couple of occasions and even then only for 10 minutes; it was almost like having another private pool. The games room received a lot of use although my pool playing skills didn’t noticeably improve.
The location was perfect for getting in and out of Disney easily and the local shops were very good – although how they remain open when they seem so quiet is beyond me.
I would definitely recommend your house to friends and would be more than happy to come back to stay on a subsequent visit ourselves.

Email: We spent 6/19-6/22 at your home for our girls volleyball tournament. Things were quite stressful because of their play schedules, but I want you to know that staying at your beautiful home was so relaxing for us. Many of our team members found deals in condos, resorts, etc, but nobody was more pleased with their accommodations than we were.
From the time we walked in the home was so inviting and spacious. Everyone had their own space. Actually the home was so spacious that we didn’t even use the front living area at all. The family room was so comfortable and the girls thoroughly enjoyed the pool right outside our door. Everything was so clean and convenient.
The location of your home is the best in the community being right beside the clubhouse. The area was very quiet during the days and nights and this was something we really appreciated after long exhausting days spent at the convention center playing volleyball. We didn’t do too well in the tournament, but our daughters both played very well and so overall it was a great experience.
My family would definitely return to your home when we come that way again and may actually try to come down this Fall or Winter. Thank you for the use of your lovely home.

We stayed at Jacksonvilla for three weeks during March/April 2010. This is a beautiful home, exceptionally well equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool area was fantastic and the games room even better! The local amenities such as gas stations and supermarkets were close by and plentiful and the staff in the club-house were very helpful in all matters e.g. printing out our boarding passes for flights home. The short cut through Disney was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jacksonvilla; it is perfect for a family holiday. We have absolutely no complaints at all about this home and we will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Orlando.

A really comfortable and spacious house with all the facilities you could ever want; Jackson Villa provides a great base to explore central Florida and beyond. I particularly enjoyed the pool just outside the backdoor; not to mention the larger pool just next door at the clubhouse. The games room provided was also a very nice touch, and we spent loads of our time using the pool and air hockey tables. If I’m ever back in Florida I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Jackson Villa, and will happily recommend it to friends and family.

We had a great time staying in Jacksonvilla. The large villa enabled us to spread out and it easily accommodated the four adults and six grown up teens. Everyone enjoyed the gamesroom the pool area which was private, as described. Whether relaxing by the pool, in the pool on our lilos (with seats), or having lilo races in the pool, it was great. We enjoyed several enjoyable BBQs, watched the sun go down and were able to enjoy the Florida heat late into the evening.
The teens made great use of the Clubhouse facilities next door and this is an excellent asset particularly for groups with children. We also took several trips to the lovely beaches and the cool box proved very useful for our picnic and drinks.
We will definitely be recommending it to friends and family.Â

This was our second trip to Florida with our family, 5 adults and two young children.The villa was excellent. Positioned far enough away from the bustle of Orlando nightlife and within easy driving distance from all the theme parks. Easy to find on arrival - even at 11.30pm with a delayed flight!
Villa was very spacious with 2 double rooms with en-suite and 3 twin rooms with a further 2 bathrooms. Living and dining areas very comfortable and utility room well situated and very functional with easy access to garage. The kitchen was well presented and offered a central hub for all the family.
Pool area was a great chill-out after all day at theme parks! Bonus was the Jacuzzi once we were shown how to switch it on!All windows had fly screens so if you wanted to leave the ac off and enjoy a night-time breeze you could without worrying about any bugs!Everywhere was very clean and well maintained. Any questions were answered very quickly.
The villa was located next to the complex clubhouse which gave use to internet and had its own pool and tennis court. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Internet was great for online checking-in for return flight home and saved a lot of cuing at airport. Local shops were located just a few minutes drive on the main highway and there was a 24hr pharmacy at the entrance to the estate.
Our opinion: The Glenbrook estate is well situated and accessible to all attractions in Orlando and offers a relaxing base for a family holiday. Restaurants and shops are close to hand and home delivery is also available if you just want a night off!
We would certainly recommend the villa we stayed in, and will be using it again on our next trip to Orlando.
